Verne Eugene Beckman was born 29 August 1917 in Paulding County, Ohio, and died 31 July 1983 in Jonesville, Hillsdale County, Michigan. He married Claudyne Williams 24 February 1956 in Hillsdale County, Michigan, daughter of Albert Williams and Almeda Hartzog. She was born about 1919 in Onsted, Lenawee County, Michigan. Children of Verne and Claudyne are:
