I believe this is a baptismal or dedication certificate for Bertha Christine Beckman. If anyone can get a translation of this I would appreciate a copy. Also significant are the signatures on the bottom of the certificate. "Emma Heckmann" and "Herman Heckmann". I have not been able to determine the relationship as yet but I am working on it..........................
